Plenty of good Performance Management players are active in the market. They all share a common interest in serving customers well in their quest for better decision-making. It is however allways crucial to have independent advice and a second opinion of an approach suggested. Four eyes always see more than two eyes.
Given the fact that investments in Performance Management infrastructure are considerable, it should not be a showstopper to have at least a second opinion. As a vendor independent market player we regularly play the devil’s advocate.
This assignment can be limited to advice on proposed tools or architectures to entire Business Intelligence roadmaps. Mostly an eye is kept on the implementation trajectory too through membership of the project steering committee, to guarantee playing the role of an unbiased and independent watch dog.
