If we want to change the way we take decisions, we first need to understand the hard and soft factors of the decision-making process. An objective inventory of the existing infrastructure, sources, transformations and output gives a good first impression. The hierarchical decision flows are next analysed and documented. The toughest part however remains in the political domain.
Through interviews and workshops we unravel social (often non-fact-based) influencing through group thinking and other psychological behaviour. A first view on the psychological mix of decision-makers and their dynamics is obtained. As a second opinion the eye of an external observer is not coloured and helps pinpointing areas for improvements that really make the difference.
